Terms of Service
Effective October 24, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GoCalendr’s website at gocalendr.com and app at app.gocalendr.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. What GoCalendr does
GoCalendr lets you plan, schedule and publish social media posts to accounts you connect, such as TikTok, from one calendar. Some features may be in beta or limited while we complete reviews with the platforms we connect to.
2. Your account and connected platforms
- You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to use each platform you connect.
- You may only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
- When you connect an account, you authorize GoCalendr to publish the content you approve to that account. You can disconnect at any time.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your accounts secure and for all activity that happens through them.
3. Your content
- You keep all rights to the content you create and publish with GoCalendr.
- You give us permission to store, process and send your content only as needed to provide the Service, for example to deliver a post to TikTok when you click Post or Schedule.
- You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you post, including music, images and video, and that it doesn’t violate anyone’s rights or any law.
4. Platform rules
When you publish to a platform through GoCalendr, you must also follow that platform’s rules. For TikTok, this includes TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, for promotional content, the Branded Content Policy. You are responsible for correctly disclosing promotional or branded content.
Platforms may limit, delay, reject or remove posts, or change their features, at any time. GoCalendr isn’t responsible for decisions made by those platforms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- post spam, or content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive or infringes others’ rights;
- use the Service to get around any platform’s limits or rules;
- try to access other users’ accounts or data, or interfere with the Service’s security or operation;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or stop parts of the Service. We’ll try to give notice of significant changes, but the Service may sometimes be unavailable, and scheduled posts may be delayed or fail, for example because of platform outages or limits.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t guarantee that any post will be published, reach any audience or achieve any result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, GoCalendr will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we must do so to comply with the law or a platform’s requirements.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and let you know in the Service. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
